Woolio is a mobile application designed to help users learn and practice knitting through guided content and artificial intelligence-powered features.

If you are under the age of 16, you are not authorized to use Woolio. If you are a minor and do not fully understand this document, please discuss it with a parent or another trusted adult before using the app.

Woolio is built to minimize the collection of personal data. We do not collect information that directly identifies you unless it is strictly required to operate the app.

• Technical information: device type, operating system, language and time zone, application version, anonymized IP address, error logs and crash diagnostics.
• Usage data: interactions with app features, progress within knitting projects, frequency and duration of sessions.
• Account-related data (optional): if you choose to sign in using Apple or Google, your email address (stored securely, hashed) is used only for account recovery, synchronization across devices, and customer support.
• AI-related inputs: if a feature allows you to upload content (such as an image), the data is processed only to deliver the requested result; it is not reused, resold, or retained longer than necessary. You may request deletion at any time.

Woolio relies on a limited number of trusted providers for infrastructure, analytics, and subscription management (e.g., Firebase, Supabase, RevenueCat). These partners act only on Woolio's instructions and are bound by confidentiality and security obligations. Woolio does not sell personal data.

Woolio does not knowingly provide targeted advertising to minors. Where advertising exists, it is non-personalized unless lawful consent is obtained.

• Usage and technical data: limited duration.
• Analytics data: up to 13 months.
• Aggregated internal data: up to 25 months.
• Account data: until deletion or request.

Data is deleted or anonymized once no longer necessary.

Woolio is not intended for users under 16 years old. No data is knowingly collected from children.

Where partners operate outside the EU, Woolio applies appropriate safeguards, including adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of your data.
