Terms of Service & Subscription

Woolio is an AI-assisted knitting app providing personalized recommendations and guides. Service is provided "as is" without guaranteed outcomes; users remain responsible for their projects, measurements, and materials.

• Account creation may be required for features.
• Minimum age: 16 (or 13+ with required parental consent).
• Access may be suspended for abuse, fraud, technical circumvention, or breach of these terms.

• Billed via your App Store / Play Store account. Woolio does not store payment card data.
• Monthly: charged immediately (no trial).
• Annual: includes 7-day free trial.
• Auto-renewal: renews unless canceled at least 24h before the period ends.
• Required wording (Apple): "Payment will be charged to your App Store account and will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period."
• Cancellation via Apple / Google Play account settings. Ongoing periods are non-refundable unless legally required.

"Restore purchases" button on the paywall (no login) reactivates an existing subscription via the App Store / Play Store without repayment.

• No fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful use.
• No reverse engineering, large-scale extraction of AI models, or circumvention of limitations.
• Users remain responsible for generated content and its compliance.

Woolio elements (text, interfaces, AI models, visuals, designs) are protected. Subscription purchase does not transfer IP rights.

No liability for indirect damages or data loss. AI content is suggestive; verify measurements and safety. Liability, where permitted, is limited to fees paid for the current period.
