PlantScan is a plant diagnosis support and care tracking app. The service is provided "as is" without guaranteed outcomes; users remain responsible for their choices and usage. PlantScan does not provide professional horticultural, medical, or veterinary advice.

• Account creation may be required for features.
• Minimum age: 16 (or applicable legal age).
• Access may be suspended for abuse, fraud, technical circumvention, or breach of these terms.

• The app is not yet available on the App Store or Play Store. Payment terms will be provided at launch.
• Renewal and cancellation conditions will be specified when available.

• No fraudulent, abusive, or illegal use.
• No circumvention of technical limits or mass extraction.
• Users remain responsible for content they enter.

PlantScan elements (text, interfaces, visuals, designs) are protected. Subscription does not transfer any IP rights.

No liability for indirect damages or data loss. Information is indicative; PlantScan does not replace professional advice.
